Jim received the Presidents Award for his outstanding contribution
to the Corporation. Among his many contributions was his leadership in the worldwide deployment of the new
Bose Mission. The Bose Mission outlined the corporate direction for the new millennium. Jim's team devised a multi-dimensional
communications and learning program entitled "Creating the Bose Experience". The program became the vehicle by which
employees throughout the world were educated on the Mission.
