Organizations usually prefer to drive strategies from the top rather than leverage the collective knowledge and creativity of their employees who, by definition, are always closer to the problem.

Practical Strategy Planning engages a cross functional team of employees in the use of problem solving tools that efficiently generate actionable strategies for overcoming the barriers identified in step 2 of the Practical Strategic Planning System.

At the end of this session the team will have a clear set of strategies with assigned responsibilities and an implementation time frame.
